PWHL Detroit Signs Defender Jobst-Smith

PWHL Detroit added to their blueline on Sunday, signing Nina Jobst-Smith away from the Vancouver Goldeneyes.

Jobst-Smith played twenty games for Vancouver last year, her first season with the PWHL. She was also a part of the German team at the Winter Olympics.

This marks eight player signings for Detroit’s PWHL expansion team. Jobst-Smith is just the second blueliner of that group.

The team is expected to have a ten-player roster in place by the end of Phase Four of the expansion player dispersal process on Monday.
