With three-straight extra-time losses behind them, the Red Wings look to snap their slump tonight as they host the Washington Capitals.

Detroit will get Jonathan Ericsson back on their blue line. He returns from long-term injured reserve with cap space created by the assignment of Patrick Eaves, Jordin Tootoo, Luke Glendening and Xavier Ouellet to the Grand Rapids Griffins.

Jimmy Howard gets the start in goal for the Wings.

Game time is 7:30 PM on FSD.
