Red Wings – Coyotes Game Notes

386

I was going to do a formal game recap of the Red Wings – Coyotes tilt but I just don’t care enough about the game to do it.

See what I said earlier this week about Detroit’s game against St. Louis? You could almost copy and paste it here.

Chris Osgood had a great first period and slowly fell apart for the rest of the game. Overall the defense was weak.

For once things looked good up front. Darren Helm was all over the place, Henrik Zetterberg looked good in his return, and Marian Hossa was the beast that he usually is.

For the second game in a row, the Wings got some bounces. The way they’re playing, they need them.
