Fans in the Eastern Time Zone get a break tonight, as the Wings close out their western Canadian road trip with a relatively early game, a 6:00 start in Calgary (8:00 for those of us back East).
Niklas Kronwall and Dominik Hasek are both still out. Johan Franzen and Dallas Drake are both back in. No expected lineup changes from Tuesday against Edmonton.

I’ve got a 7:30 soccer game so I’ll be doing the DVR catch-up thing again tonight. See you guys for the second period.

Rebound goal.I think it was Cleary. (FYI, homework and hockey games don’t mix)
Franzen hit in the face, I think he’s bleeding. Like I said, homework = no no.
And yes, I like making up excuses for me missing things.
edit;; Johan Franzen hit in the face with a deflected puck, it seems to be pretty bad.
Penalty to Detroit. Little scrabble giong on.

5 on 3 over after a penalty for too many men on the ice.
Thank god that nightmare is finished!

Okay, I was wrong, took until the end of the second to get caught up. Forgot to take travel time into account.
The Wings have been doing a good job of limiting the Flames’ shots but Osgood’s had to come up big down low a couple times.
Good to see Zata’s streak continue, always fun to see history being made.
The 5-on-3 kill was huge.

(Learn from mistakes, eh?)
Yay! Even though it was fun attempting to be a commentator, I don’t plan on doing it seeing as I give a bad name to all commentators everywhere.
(Plus I forgot about posting)
XD
Looking good for the Wings so far. I wonder if Franzen will make it back tonight like they were saying or is he already back and I missed it?
Mathieu_Datsyuk132351November 2, 2007 1:58 AM
Flames are really buzzing. Not good.
Clark RasmussenNovember 2, 2007 1:59 AM
What a game, Ozzie is solid and Z is on fire!
SYfanSDNovember 2, 2007 2:00 AM
Ref’s hurt. That was scary-looking.
Clark RasmussenNovember 2, 2007 2:00 AM
Do we play the Habs this year? I hope so!
SYfanSDNovember 2, 2007 2:00 AM
Nevermind. Nasty fall. XD Ignore my ignorance.
Mathieu_Datsyuk132351November 2, 2007 2:01 AM
Good to see the ref’s okay, hopefully the stoppage slowed down the Flames’ momentum.
Clark RasmussenNovember 2, 2007 2:02 AM
That is why we wear helmets! Of course if it would have been Kerry Fraser the hairspay would have saved him!

Wings @ Habs – 12/4
Huge stop by Osgood! Great luck, too.
Thanks Clark, I was having trouble looking at the schedule, the old reboot fixed the issue. For Stormo the Habs are next!
Ozzie!
That was a nice breakaway by Homer and Dats!
Power play goal! Way to go Zata!
ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ SCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCOOOOOOOOOOOOOORRRRRRRRRRREEEEEEEEEEEE! I love when Ken says that!
Hat trick for Zetterburg?
Sweep!
So… Goalie controversy?
WOO! Wings are truly the greatest.
And some other good news, Mathieu Schneider is back! <33
Time is 19:19 and the first thing I notice on the ticker is that ‘Lidsrom’ has joined the wings roster on defensive pairings.
XD Geez. So much for the captain. XD
I’ve been so entertained by that that I haven’t paid much attention to the game yet.
17:23 now.
Well, seeing as how I am always late when posting, it’s been 1-0 Calgary for several minutes now. XD
WOOO!
Tied at one thanks to Jiri Hudler on the powerplay!
(won’t get very descriptive folks until Clark gets back)
That wasn’t long and Zetterburg puts one on the board as his streak continues.
I believed the commentators said he tied the club record? Wasn’t really listening.
Blah. The Wings need to get Calgary out of their zone.
Umm, thanks to my crappy internet, the penalty kill is over now but Kopecky was in the box for holding.
edit;; soon as I posted that Maltby is in there for hooking, I think I heard.
